Notice of Revision to the Terms of Service

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of RakAPIt.

To ensure our customers can utilize the Service with greater peace of mind in the future, RakAPIt has revised its Terms of Service, effective from 2025/12/02.

The revised provision is as follows:

Article 16 (Privacy Policy and Legal Compliance)

■ Before Revision:

2. The user shall consent and agree that Human Crest shall own and reserve all the rights of the recorded information such as user device testing log, remote operation log, or other related various processing results arising from the user’s use of this Service.

3. The user shall consent and agree that Human Crest may use the information Human Crest acquires under the preceding paragraph for the purpose of improving this Service and other services Human Crest operates, use such information for the purpose of statistics and analysis in the method of both personal information and user information which are undisclosed, and grant to any third party the license to use such information.

■ After Revision:

2. All rights concerning information related to the design, execution, results, and other details of tests generated as a result of using this service shall belong entirely to the user.

3. Human Crest shall utilize the information generated as a result of the User’s use of the Service for the purpose of improving this Service and other services operated by the Human Crest. In addition, Human Crest shall be entitled to use, as well as permit third parties to use, such information for statistical and analytical purposes in a form that does not identify individual personal information or user information.
