3. In the event that an action of the customer is against the terms of service, guideline, or other regulations and disclosure was deemed necessary for protecting the rights, property, service, or the like of other customers and Human Crest;
4. In the event that Human Crest is consigning handling of all or part of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of the use; and
5. In the event that disclosure is permitted by laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information.

Human Crest will immediately disclose personal information when requested by its original holder of personal information. In such an event, Human Crest will not disclose personal information unless it is confirmed that the requester is the original holder. When there is any error in the details of personal information and correction, addition, or deletion is requested by the original holder, Human Crest will conduct an investigation and promptly take measures to fulfill such a request. In such an event, Human Crest will not accept such a request unless it is confirmed that the requester is the original holder.
