Increase your Test Object and API Call limit by buying new packages with the following options:

• For Paid Plans (Basic, Advanced and Enterprise): The upper limit will be increased by purchasing Add-ons.
• For Basic Plan:The upper limit will be increased by upgrading to Advanced Plan.
• For Free Plan: You need to purchase the paid plans.

In addition, the available Test Objects and API Calls will be reset every month. Please login and check your current plan and new period.

You can use all of RakAPIt functions in Free plan with the following limits:

• 1000 API Calls / month
• 8 New Test Objects / month
• 100 Test cases / Test Object

We apologize for the inconvenience. It's impossible to get a refund if you cancel the service. Thanks for your understanding.

The Free Plan will be applied automatically in the following cases:

• After registration
• After the paid plan expires

You can use it in one month from the registration date. More precisely, it will be until the same time on the same day of the next month from the registration time. If registration date is last day of month, expiration date is the last day of next month.

If you have already purchased an another paid plan after that, current plan will be auto-renewed. On the contrary, it will be converted to a free plan.

• The Order history only describes the details of payments incurred in the RakAPIt system.
• Please confirm the documents, payment agreement, contracts in Enterprise Payment Transactions.

• We provide Enterprise Plan if your need is higher than Advanced Plan.
• In Enterprise Plan, it can be customed the expiration period, limit of Test Object, API Call and Test Case by the consultation with RakAPIt mangerment.
• Please contact us for details and fees.

• RakAPIt can generate Test cases even if you do not import Swagger operation.
• However, the Data Pattern cannot be auto-generated, so if's necessary to enter the Data Pattern yourself.

Test design and data design can be optimized:

• Auto-analyze the API structure.
• URL/Header/Body can be parameterized based on the analysis results, and Data Pattern can be auto-entered into this parameter.
• The Response Assertions are also auto-generated.

The main reasons are as follows:

• The Swagger operation structure is incorrect. Or, the way of API operation does not match standard of version.
• The Swagger file size is too large.
• The Swagger version is not supported in RakAPIt. Currently, we support the following versions of Swagger:
  • 2.0
  • 3.0.0
  • 3.0.1
  • 3.0.2

If it is not the above problem, please contact RakAPIt management.

• All combination / All Pairs method are adopted.
• Test cases are auto-generated from the Data Pattern.

• RakAPIt auto-generates a Data Pattern from the operations in the Swagger file.
• Data Pattern is generated from parameters using some of testing techniques such as boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
• Besides, Data Patterns are expressed as Type: string in URL / Header Parameter.
• Please see ISTQB Syllabus for more details.

• For Request, Body is being supported Json format.
• For Response, Body Assertion is supported Json / Xml format and currently does not support setting Assertion in other formats.

• RakAPIt isn't supporting sending and receiving of binary file such as png and mp4.
• It is possible to receive Response but it isn't indicated right, so please accept it beforehand.

• We are very sorry, but Parameter Serialization is not currently supported.
• Therefore, if the Data Pattern automatically generated in the URL / Header Parameter is Type: Array, it will be displayed in CSV format.
• Please modify the Data Pattern if necessary.

It is possible to edit the Parameters and Assertion of Test cases selected at the same time for each column.

RakAPIt supports the search function to search for Test cases. You can input the value for which you want to search from a search icon of the line name, and it's possible to search for Test cases.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but the version management function is not currently supported. We will update it in the future, so we hope you can wait for a while.

• Create cURL command for the selected Test cases. The created cURL command can be copied into the clipboard or downloaded as a shell / batch file.
• You can also gather the cURL commands of many Test cases for downloading as shell / batch file.

The following are possible causes:

• API does not exist.
• CORS is not valid.

All spelling is correct, but there is not enough context to ensure grammar and meaning are correct.

Assertion function can help confirm that whether HTTP response can be done as expected.

We provide many kinds of Assertions as follows:

• Equals: Check if the type and the value of Parameters match.
• Count: Check if the numbers of Parameters match.
• Schema: Check if the structure of Response Body match.

The method described in the path of JSON Path and XPath of Assertion has adopted the following:

It is possible to run a lot Test cases at the same time in each Status Code table. However, running a lot Test cases concurrently on different tables is not currently supported.

• It is impossible to run Test cases of APIs unpublished in Rakapit Server Environment.
• To send Request from the browser top in Local Environment, the test execution is also possible in APIs made on the Local Network. However, CORS has to be effectived.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but currently the pause function when running Test case is not supported yet. We will update it in the future, so we hope you can wait for a while.

RakAPIt does not allow you to create an account with the same username as the existing one. Please try with a different username.

• When the image won't load. It can be fixed by any of the following ways:
  1. Reopen the page in a new browser tab.
  2. Clear the cache and reload.
  3. Restart the browser.
